Charger not included (USB-C)

Due to the EU Radio Equipment Directive, our speakers no longer include a charger. This policy aims to reduce electronic waste by encouraging the use of existing USB-C chargers. If you need a charger, you can purchase The Charger separately.

Shipping

Due to high demand we are currently experiencing Lightboks shipping delays. These delays won't affect every order, but it's possible your order will take up to two weeks to arrive.

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over 400 SEK. All products purchased through soundboks.com have an expected delivery time of 2-6 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Warranty + Returns

We have a two-year (+1 when you register your speaker in the app) warranty in the event of a technical malfunction, and we’ll repair or exchange the product free of charge within your term.
